The Safety & Upkeep Committee reviews and prepares fire and other safety procedures for the building; obtains information prepared by local jurisdictions and publicizes special alerts and neighborhood safety information; monitors the building and works closely with management on matters such as building appearance, needed repairs, and aesthetic improvements to the common areas of the building.
